Unholy Tongues started as a two piece with Jeff Bridgers (drums) and Abram Young (guitar) in late 2009. Matt Williams (bass) joined the group in early 2010 and they released Jackal In A World Of Reassurance Jan. 1, 2011. Brian Obernesser (guitar) joined the group in the summer of 2011. The band continually plays shows in the Wilmington area, as well as other areas in North Carolina.
